Initially just an oven on wheels, Coastal Crust now owns and operate 5 brick & mortar locations in Charleston, James Island, Greenville, Travelers Rest and in Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms, all in the state of South Carolina. Our vintage trucks are outfitted with a custom wood-fired oven built directly into her side, along with beer taps, a sink and refrigeration to fully operate self sufficiently at your private event or Wedding. All of our dough is made in house, hand stretched, and topped with high quality ingredients to surely satisfy you and your guests. Owner and Operator Brian Piesner is at the helm of Coastal Crust, along with owning the Vintage Coffee Cafes in Charleston and Greenville. Giannone is the newest concept to come under his business umbrella offering fine Italian wine, sandwiches + charcuterie in an elevated space on the same property as Vintage Coffee Cafe CHS and Coastal Crust's Pizza Bar.
