Keith Bisson

Keith Bisson has extensive experience in leadership and program management within the community development sector. Currently serving as President of Coastal Enterprises, Inc. since December 2006, Keith Bisson oversees major organizational operations and supports subsidiaries in policy development and growth initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Program Management and Development, where responsibilities included managing small business counseling and workforce development programs, and Director of the Northern Heritage Development Fund, focused on an $11 million fund and federal rural development policy. Prior positions include Policy Associate at Rapoza Associates and Independent Consultant for various organizations. Keith Bisson holds a BA in Geography from McGill University and a Master of Environmental Management in Social Ecology and Community Development from Yale University.
