As a member of the customer service team, Krisa supports our reps and dealers through order assistance, troubleshooting, and problem solving. Her excellence in organization and procedures gives her unique ability to hunt down and identify issues long before they cause problems. She often says she feels like an air traffic controller, efficiently guiding each client’s needs to the best resource or resolution.

Krisa takes organization seriously, planning everything from her family’s week to the next family vacation. Though a grinding task for some, Krisa finds joy in spreadsheets, planners, and meticulously maintained calendars. Her first joy and love is her family. She often says her two crazy kids are the reason for her obsession with organization. Between cups of her favorite coffee, Krisa contemplates starting up an Etsy shop for custom planners and organization accessories, but until then she’s got our back with her stellar ability to keep things running smoothly.
