Mike Hench

Way back when, Franco was Mike’s first customer at his job as a manufacturing rep. That first sale led to a friendship that would blossom over the years, leading Franco to ask Mike to start building out a rep network for Coastal Source in 2012. Able to make the transition to full-time in 2020, Mike became the National Custom Integrator (CI) Rep Manager. Mike works both in the field and office, helping to support reps, and attending all manner of events.

On his off days, Mike enjoys scuba diving and snorkeling, spending time with his family, and catching an occasional University of Florida football game. He also enjoys traveling (a bonus of his job!). Making the most of every trip, he is always on the hunt for finding something unique in each place. At the end of the day, Mike loves his job. Working for Coastal Source, checks the box for a fun and fulfilling activity, and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
