Coastal Wellness Centers is a private medical practice specializing in comprehensive medical marijuana treatment. Our patients are evaluated by state-approved, certified physicians qualified to determine whether you, the patient, will benefit from the use of medical marijuana—particularly when other treatment options have failed. Our goal is to provide a compassionate approach that is non-invasive, with minimal to no side-effects. Patients with qualifying conditions, who are approved for a recommendation, will be closely monitored as they are guided through the process of obtaining a registry ID card.
