Anton Maximov

Anton Maximov has had a long and varied career in the tech industry. Anton began their career in 1999 as an Engineer at Victoria's Secret, where they built and supported applications and infrastructure of www.VictoriasSecret.com from its first year to holiday season 2005. In 2005, they moved to Limited Brands as an Enterprise Architect (that gets their hands dirty). In 2007, they joined Lehman Brothers as an Engineer and was able to apply a lot of experience from their enterprise architecture and e-commerce days. In 2008, they became a Hands-on Technical Lead at Barclays, helping integrate two Prime Services/Equity Finance businesses. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at Lab49 as an Associate Director, NY Engineering Practice Head, where they worked on all aspects of professional services, from shaping projects for new clients to building teams, from writing code to running teams, from hiring people to growing talent. In 2017, they joined Capital One as a Senior Director - Chief Architect for Commercial Bank, where they were accountable for all impactful technical decisions in Commercial Bank for their portfolio of ~100 products backed by ~200 apps and 130+ engineering teams. Anton also established a Product Design Council to design, size, and prioritize impactful Product initiatives. In 2021, they joined Coast as the Head Of Engineering.

Anton Maximov holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems/Computer Science from Utah State University.
