Lauren Auerbach

Lauren Auerbach, CSPO, CSM, currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Coast since December 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren gained extensive experience as a Senior Enterprise Implementation Specialist at SingleOps from February 2022 to January 2025, mentoring the implementation team and facilitating successful client transitions post-sale. Lauren initially joined SingleOps as an Enterprise Implementation Specialist, where responsibilities included managing customer requirements, aligning processes within the digital platform, and ensuring superior customer experience. Previous experience includes serving as a Business Operations Specialist at Hornblower Group and as the Director of Operations at iEvents.com, overseeing numerous events and significant annual revenue. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Florida Atlantic University and completed a study abroad program in International Business at Silla University in South Korea.
