Ryan Elberg

Ryan Elberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as Head of People at Albert since April 2020, Ryan also holds the position of Seed Investor at Coast since July 2020. Previously, Ryan led talent acquisition efforts at Bread from February 2018 to February 2020, during which the company was acquired by Alliance Data for $450 million. Prior to that, Ryan managed talent for Datadog from December 2015 to February 2018, leading up to its public offering in 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Talent at Lab49, where successful acquisition by the ION group occurred, and a Senior Recruiter role at Candidates on Demand prior to its acquisition by American Vantage Group. Ryan's career began with sales and marketing at Dotmenu Inc. and co-founding RAX Media. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Penn State University.
