Con Avdalis

Con Avdalis has extensive experience in IT service desk support, beginning as a Computer Operator at CBFC Limited from 1987 to 1989, and progressing through various roles to become an IT Service Desk Analyst. At Coates Hire, from 1999 to present, Con provides IT infrastructure and enterprise application support, previously assisting over 2300 users across 200 sites. Con's expertise also includes a role at Mission Australia, supporting over 3000 users across 250 sites, and earlier positions at P&O Nedlloyd and NZI, where Con gained significant experience in troubleshooting and operational support for computer systems and networks. Con holds a degree in Computer Operations from Control Data Institute.
