Ansu Aryal

Ansu Aryal is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and claims management. Currently serving as the National Operations Centre Team Leader - Outbound at Coates since January 2023, Ansu previously held the position of Claims Manager ANZ at Right2Drive Accident Loan Cars from January 2022 to January 2023. Ansu also gained extensive experience at Compass from 2016 to 2022, progressing from Senior Claims Handler to Claims Consultant. Expertise includes achieving team KPIs, managing staff recruitment and workloads, overseeing quality control, resolving customer service escalations, and promoting professional development within teams. Ansu holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Johnson & Wales University and a BBA in Marketing from Campion College.
