Echo Lu

Echo Lu is a global business leader with extensive experience in P&L management across various markets in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the USA. They held multiple leadership roles at Tesco PLC, including COO of China, and have served as Managing Director at Boots Hearingcare and Chief Executive Officer at Haulfryn Group Limited. Currently, Echo serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Coats, and is a Managing Director for AC UK/ROI at Sonova Group. Echo is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from West Virginia University while having obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics from Fudan University.
