Lynn Connor

Lynn Connor has extensive work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Lynn started their career in 1982 at Reliance Staffing & Recruiting, where they held multiple roles including Manager and eventually became the VP of Sales and Marketing. In this role, Lynn was responsible for interviewing applicants, filling open positions for clients, and managing the permanent staff members. Lynn worked closely with the insurance broker to ensure proper worker's compensation coverage. Lynn worked at Reliance Staffing & Recruiting until April 2019. In 1994, Lynn joined COATS Staffing Software in a Business Development role, where they currently work.

Lynn Connor completed their high school education at WBHS from 1980 to 1983, with a focus on Business/Commerce. Lynn then attended Old Dominion University from 1984 to 1987, where they acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. In addition to their formal education, they also hold certifications in Crestcom Bullet Proof Manager and SSE Certification - Safety Standard of Excellence from the National Safety Council, as well as V3 Certification - Virginia Values Veterans from the Commonwealth of Virginia.
