Meghan Layman is an experienced professional in the fields of application analysis and economic development. Currently serving as an Analyst Applications at Cobb-Vantress since January 2017, Meghan collaborates with technical staff to maintain and improve application portfolios, address software issues, and manage projects, while also training end users. Previously, as the Director of Economic Development for the Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce from July 2014 to December 2016, Meghan focused on employee retention programs, real estate submissions, and industrial and retail prospect engagement. Earlier roles include Student Activities Director and Camp Director at John Brown University, where event planning and camp coordination were key responsibilities. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Brown University, graduated in May 2014, and studied at Southern Wesleyan University from 2010 to 2011.
