At Cobbler Union, they served as the Director of Retail Operations, where they contributed to the growth of the brand through effective execution of retail and ecommerce operations. Eric implemented cutting-edge CRM software and marketing techniques to drive revenue and ensure sustainable scalability. Prior to Cobbler Union, they were an Assistant Store Manager at Bonobos, where they focused on optimizing store profitability and ensuring employee well-being and store safety. At Cole Haan, Eric served as an Assistant Store Manager and Sales Representative, contributing to revenue generation through personal sales and client management. Eric also played a significant role in store renovations and new store openings. Eric Collins completed their high school education from 2004 to 2008 at Carlton J Kell High School. Eric obtained a Diploma during this period. Eric then went on to pursue higher education at Morehouse College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
