Michael Schuh

As general counsel Michael Schuh provides legal support to CoBe Capital’s European activities. In this position, he serves as company secretary and provides transactional advise in the form of legal due diligence and contract negotiations. A lawyer by training Michael has been active in private practice in the US and served in various in-house roles for multinational corporations across Europe. His experience includes M&A, project finance, corporate restructuring and foreign direct investments. Michael holds law degrees from Johannes Gutenberg Universität (Mainz, Germany) and Saint Louis University School of Law (St. Louis, Mo., USA).

Mr. Schuh is admitted to the bar in Germany and Missouri, USA.
