Benjamin Ripson

Benjamin Ripson is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in rotating equipment and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer at Cobey, Inc. since October 2023, Benjamin's previous roles include Engineering Manager and Automation Developer at American Tire Distributors from April 2021 to September 2023. Benjamin also held significant positions in fire services, including Fire Chief and Assistant Fire Chief at South Lockport Fire Co., Inc., and Youngstown Volunteer Fire Co. Notably, Benjamin's engineering career includes multiple project engineer roles at Cobey, Simmers Crane Design & Service, and JNE Engineering LLC, starting from 2007. Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Niagara County Community College.
