John Cormier

John Cormier has extensive experience in facility management and construction, currently serving as Facility & Construction Manager at Cobham Defense Electronic Systems since December 2011. In this role, John updates and manages architectural building floor plans using AutoCAD and ensures the accuracy of equipment layouts and mechanical systems through field verification. As a Construction & Facilities Manager at Cobham, John successfully managed the construction of a 105,000 square foot expansion project that was completed on time and under budget with a dedicated team. Additionally, John has contributed to capital equipment replacement plans, facility rehabilitation efforts, and fostering a safe work environment. Prior experience includes roles at Texas Instruments as Facilities Manager and Security and ESH Coordinator, as well as Facilities Project Coordinator at Unitrode Corp. and CAD Instructor at Racal-Redac Limited.
