Rob Gedman

Rob Gedman has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Rob worked as an Operations Director at Cobham, where they were responsible for manufacturing, production test, manufacturing engineering, procurement, planning and control, and facilities. Prior to that, they were a Manager of Technical Operations at BAE Systems, where they managed process engineering and test engineering groups. Rob also managed a team that created Lean Cell manufacturing lines. Additionally, Rob worked as a Manufacturing Manager at M/A-COM, where they managed multiple departments and implemented ISO-9000 requirements.
