A veteran of the US Air Force, André previously held roles such as Manager of Government Aero/ISR for EMEA & APAC at SES Satellites and contributed to strategic government initiatives at SES Networks. André holds an MBA from Sacred Heart University's Jack Welch College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
