YingLu is a HR Specialist at Cobo since April 2022, responsible for managing HR operational support, onboarding & offboarding programs, payroll processing, work pass applications, recruitment & selection, and insurance benefits. Prior to Cobo, YingLu worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TMF Group from March 2021 to March 2022, focusing on talent sourcing across APAC countries. YingLu also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd from October 2018 to June 2020, and as an Export Sales Executive at RADUGA PTE LTD from April 2018 to September 2018. YingLu holds a Bachelor of Communication (Hons) Advertising from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) in Malaysia.
