Heather Costantini

Heather Costantini has a diverse background in real estate management and client services, with significant experience in the retail sector. Notably, Heather served as Manager of Real Estate at Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd., where responsibilities included managing a renewal portfolio, negotiating lease terms, and achieving savings targets for over 220 stores in Ontario. Currently, as Real Estate Manager for COBS Bread, Heather is focused on site selection and lease negotiations to expand the network across Canada while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Previous roles have included positions at Oberfeld Snowcap, JLL, and various marketing and promotions roles within the sports and entertainment industry. Heather holds a Post-Graduate degree in Sport and Event Marketing from George Brown College and a B.A. with Honours in Communications from Carleton University.
