Shelly Snure is the owner and CEO of COBS Bread Terminal Park, a position held since 2011. As a franchisee, they manage all operations necessary for running a successful bakery. Shelly is currently pursuing a Red Seal Cook certification in Culinary Arts and Chef Training at Niagara College.
