In 1997, after successful careers in the London recruitment market, sisters Nicola and Caron Milner joined forces to build a business founded on strong values and integrity. As an independently owned specialist recruitment consultancy their mission was simple: Support their staff, candidates, and clients in a demanding sector, treating everyone with respect, offering genuine support, and fostering great career paths. These are the principles that have been embedded into the very core of Coby Philips.

Over the years, we have proudly upheld these values that have become the cornerstone of our company culture, and we are honoured to still be working with employees, clients, and candidates who have been with us since the very beginning.

We are dedicated to guiding and supporting everyone we work with throughout their journey, it’s a privilege we cherish every day.

We build teams with purpose and precision, this isn’t just a statement, it’s our promise.

For over 25 years we have partnered with organisations across London and the UK to create dynamic, high-performing teams in Finance, Marketing and HR. We are also spearheading Executive Assistant recruitment in Austin, TX

We understand that people are the heartbeat of any organisation, and we strive to work closely with clients, each of whom have distinct needs, company cultures, and visions for the “Perfect” candidate. It’s about listening, understanding, and sometimes challenging assumptions to find the best possible outcome for everyone involved (which is ultimately achieving the best possible hires). Our market knowledge and unique understanding of the people we work with helps our clients find the right outcome – first time.
