Carmelo Roldan

Carmelo Roldan is an experienced product and technology manager with a robust background in banking and financial services. Currently serving as a Product Manager at COCC since June 2013, Carmelo oversees Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Online Account opening platforms, successfully transitioning the organization from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. Prior to this role, Carmelo held positions including Release Manager and Product Manager, focusing on mobile banking software and analytics. At Nutmeg State Federal Credit Union, from March 2004 to June 2013, Carmelo served as Vice President of Information Systems and Technology, implementing strategic technology initiatives such as core data processing conversions and mobile banking solutions. Additional experience includes roles at Country Bank, Redsky Interactive, and Technology Solutions, Inc., accumulating expertise in IT infrastructure, project management, and systems administration.
