Cesar Holguin

Cesar Holguin is an experienced business analyst with a strong background in operations management and inventory control. Currently serving as a Business Analyst II at COCC since October 2017, Cesar previously held the position of Business Analyst I. Prior experience includes managing operations at Elm City Community Market, Inc., where responsibilities included enforcing policies, achieving performance goals, managing financial status, and collaborating with marketing and HR. Additionally, at NEW BREED LOGISTICS INC, Cesar focused on inventory control, configuration in SAPWM, and training new employees. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Central Connecticut State University and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Gateway Community College.
