Jason Simsay

Jason Simsay is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security engineering and information security management. Currently serving as a Senior Security Engineer at COCC since January 2021, Jason previously held the position of Information Security Officer at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust from September 2017 to January 2021. Earlier in their career, Jason worked as a Principal Security Engineer at Bangor Savings Bank from April 2007 to September 2017 and as a Technology Officer at Merrill Bank from November 1999 to April 2007. Jason holds a Master’s Degree in Information Security Engineering from the SANS Technology Institute, completed between 2014 and 2018, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bucknell University, earned in 1999.
