Kimberly Gray

Kimberly Gray is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in implementation and support roles within the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Implementation Specialist at COCC since June 2021, Kimberly excels in managing bill pay conversion and online banking implementations while coordinating training for new team members. Prior experience at COCC includes various titles such as Implementation Specialist I and Business Analyst II Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed client communication, fraud investigations, and team leadership. Kimberly also has a solid background in network support and administrative roles from earlier positions with Sermatch, Chromalloy, and Quantum. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a minor in History from Central Connecticut State University.
