Kristen Hammick

Kristen Hammick is an experienced Application Software Manager at COCC since May 2022, overseeing a team of developers supporting the core product INSIGHT by managing workloads and implementing major updates. Previously, Kristen held various roles at Insurity from June 2012 to April 2022, including Senior Software Developer Team Lead, where leadership was provided to a customer-focused product team, and Software Developer, contributing to both client-specific and company-wide systems for property and casualty lines of business. Prior to this, Kristen worked as an IT Tech at SNE Building Systems, assisting with hardware and software maintenance while training coworkers. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Hartford, earned in 2012.
