Melissa Snyder

Melissa Snyder is an experienced software design architect at COCC since October 2012, specializing in advanced-level solutions and the maintenance of design standards for development teams. Previous roles at COCC include systems analyst team lead and application analyst, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating development efforts, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring software quality. Prior to COCC, Melissa held positions such as product analyst and reporting analyst at REZ-1, where skills in user experience, data analysis, and document specification were honed. Melissa also contributed as a consultant and research analyst at MaPS and educated students as an SAT teacher and private tutor with The Princeton Review. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College.
