Michael Presutto

Michael Presutto serves as a SOC Analyst and Technical Support Specialist at COCC since March 2021, responsible for daily monitoring of antivirus software in a VDI environment, troubleshooting Windows-related issues, and conducting network analysis and diagnostics using Splunk. Previous experience includes working as an Apprentice Electrician at Kaco Electric, where Michael led installation and upgrades of cabling and data transmission projects, and as an Information Technology Field Technician at Decian Inc., focused on customer support and relationship management. Michael is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Western Governors University, with earlier education from Porter and Chester Institute and Fairfield College Preparatory School.
