Stephanie Roberts

Stephanie Roberts is an experienced professional with over 18 years in the banking and financial services industry. Currently serving as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, and Help Desk Specialist at COCC since January 2016, responsibilities include analyzing technical issues for financial institutions, providing technical support, and assisting with disaster recovery testing. Prior to COCC, Stephanie held various positions at Naugatuck Valley Savings and Loan from July 2006 to January 2016, including Help Desk Specialist and Overdraft Privilege Coordinator, where duties encompassed technical support, project management, and account monitoring. Stephanie's earlier experience includes roles as a Bank Teller at both Naugatuck Valley Savings and Loan and Webster Bank. Stephanie graduated from Watertown High School in 2004.
