Susan Root

Susan Root is an accomplished client services professional with extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as Client Services Manager at COCC since April 2019, following roles as Client Services Supervisor and Senior Business Analyst. Prior to COCC, Susan had a long tenure at Farmington Bank from 1995 to 2019, progressing through various leadership positions including VP, Applications Support Manager, and AVP, Implementation Specialist. Notable achievements include managing key relationships with core banking system providers, overseeing identity access administration, implementing multiple banking platforms, and driving process improvements. Susan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from the University of Hartford and completed the CT School of Financial Management program.
