Susan Yee

Susan Yee is an experienced Oracle Database Administrator I at COCC since August 2017, where responsibilities include ensuring database availability and stability while reviewing daily reports on database health. Prior to this role, Susan served as an Application Analyst supporting the Insight! application with an Oracle 12c backend. From 2004 to June 2017, Susan worked at Bank of America as a Subject Matter Expert for Remote Deposit Technologies, focusing on NCR's Passport Websphere application and managing test environment pipelines. Earlier experience includes serving as an Application Development Analyst at FleetBoston Financial, providing support for the NCR ImageMark ATM processing application, and as Operations Supervisor at Fame Information Services, where UNIX support of production servers and client problem resolution were key duties. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Michigan and furthered education at Manchester Community College between 2004 and 2006.
