Established in 2004 in the North West of England, Coccion Construction Limited are proudly positioned as an industry-leader in the field of construction. From our premises in Wigan, Greater Manchester, we design, manage and deliver end-to-end construction, refurbishment, interior fit-out and new build projects around the UK. We’re renowned for our fresh and pro-active approach and 100% commitment to each and every client, no matter how large or small.

Coccion offers a complete design, management and project delivery package, with a single point of contact and dedicated team of specialists for each of our key service areas. As well as minimising the time and risks associated with sourcing and compiling a contractor list from multiple suppliers, our complete solution also takes the away the difficulty of managing multiple trades on site at any one time, providing significant cost savings.

Our proven track record is in the delivery of innovative, cost-effective solutions, and our attitude towards maintaining exceptional service levels and delivering projects on time and on budget.

Our skills and expertise spans a wide range of industry sectors and we constantly strive to stay at the forefront of our field, ensuring that prominent UK brands return to us project after project. Many of our major clients now negotiate contracts directly with us rather than putting them out to tender.

We aim to create practical, engaging and sophisticated work and leisure spaces, that not only exceed expectations and provide a valuable return on investment, but also make a significant positive impact to the experiences of those who use them on daily basis.

We are a member of Constructionline, the renowned UK register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related suppliers. We are accredited to the CHAS (Contractor's Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) and all of our employees are members of the CSCS(Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
