CoChief.io is a strategic growth and advisory firm founded by Paksy Plackis-Cheng and Brian Plackis-Cheng

Brian has helped raise over $90 million in funding and contributed to 7 successful exits. He currently serves as Interim CEO for private equity firms.

Paksy is an EU-funded AI researcher and growth leader who has driven more than $200 million in technology sales. Most recently, she led a deep-tech startup to profitability within three years and was recognized with the Berlin State Deep Tech Award 2024.

The founders first met at a pioneering California technology company that developed the mobile internet protocol. The software was deployed on 74% of the world's telco gateways and the startup IPOed at $6.9 billion.

Unlike traditional consulting firms, CoChief.io operates as a hands-on execution partner. The firm works alongside founders, growth-stage companies, and industry leaders to drive change and accelerate product-market fit, go-to-market execution, fundraising, international expansion, and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and Web3.

Operating across Europe, the United States, and Asia, CoChief.io supports organizations through fractional executive leadership, strategic advisory engagements, acceleration programs, and speaking.
