Aislynn Burger

Aislynn Burger has extensive experience in talent development and organizational learning, currently serving as a Talent Development Specialist at Cochlear since December 2016. Prior to this role, Aislynn worked as an Organizational Learning Specialist at Walgreens Boots Alliance from February 2006 to November 2016, where responsibilities included executive coaching, leadership training, initiative communication and training, and performance metrics analysis. Aislynn holds a Pharmacy Technician Certification from Pima Medical Institute-Denver, earned between 2005 and 2006.
