Amber Melendez possesses extensive experience in reimbursement operations and management across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Reimbursement Operations at Cochlear since August 2022, Amber previously held significant roles at Flowonix Medical from February 2013 to August 2022, including Reimbursement Director and Sr. Director of Customer Care/Reimbursement. Prior experience at Medtronic, spanning from May 2001 to July 2009, involved multiple leadership positions in reimbursement project management and therapy access solutions. Amber began the professional journey at Express Scripts between February 1997 and April 2001, contributing to clinical operations and sales service coordination. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a BA in Organizational Leadership, both from Bethel University.
