Amie Tyson

Amie Tyson is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in corporate communications and brand management. Currently serving as the Director of Creative Studio and Brand, as well as Director of Employee Communications at Cochlear since June 2018, Tyson has played a significant role in delivering implant innovations globally. Prior to Cochlear, Tyson held the position of Group Manager of Corporate Communications at St Vincent’s Health Australia, the nation's largest not-for-profit health and aged care provider. Tyson's earlier experience includes leadership roles in corporate affairs and public relations at Eli Lilly Australia and Edelman Public Relations Worldwide, focusing on communication strategies across various therapeutic portfolios. Tyson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Southern Cross University.
