Anna Garza

Anna Garza, CPTD, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Culture and Talent at Cochlear, having started in August 2022. Previously, Anna held various roles at Broadway Bank from December 2010 to August 2022, including VP of Talent Development Manager, where responsibilities included leading the bank’s talent development strategy and designing learning solutions. Earlier positions included AVP of Learning & Instructional Design Supervisor and Senior Learning & Development Specialist. Anna earned a Master's degree in Christian Ministry from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
