Arvi Mohan-Ram

Arvi Mohan-Ram is the Owner and Consultant at V3A Associates since January 2014, providing commercial management, program/project management, and business management services. In addition, Arvi serves as the Vice President IT Business Partnering at Cochlear, starting in May 2015, having previously held various roles including IT Business Partner, Program Manager, and Change Manager within the same company. Arvi’s prior experience includes establishing a Program Management Office at nbn co via Alcatel-Lucent and significant tenure at Alcatel-Lucent in various leadership positions across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia Pacific, spanning roles from Change Management Leader to Project Manager. Arvi holds a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Charles Darwin University, completed in 1995.
