Barbara Sokołowska

Barbara Sokołowska is a P&C Knowledge Lead with a background in human resources and regional representation. They began their career as an HR Intern at Stanley Black & Decker, and later served as an Onboarding Specialist. Barbara held the roles of HR Services Coordinator at Discovery Inc. and Rewards & Mobility Administration Expert at Japan Tobacco International, where they also worked as the Headcount Planning and Reporting Manager. They most recently worked as a Regional Representative for Cochlear in the EMEA and Americas regions, while holding their current position as P&C Knowledge Lead. Barbara earned a Magister (Mgr) degree in Management from Uniwersytet Warszawski from 2015 to 2017.
