Cail Borg

Cail Borg is an experienced design professional currently serving as a Design System Specialist at Cochlear since January 2023, where responsibilities include managing and scaling a React-based design system for multi-platform use, with a focus on accessibility and collaboration. Previously, Cail held positions as a Senior UI Designer at WooliesX and Lead UI Designer at Limepay. At OFX, Cail contributed as a Senior Visual Designer and Design System Lead, unifying UI design across product teams and developing an accessible design system. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Designer at AnalogFolk, where mentorship and leadership in design projects were key, and positions as a Graphic Designer and tutor in image editing. Cail holds a Certificate IV in Graphic Design from Shillington Education and a Bachelor of Industrial Design with a focus on Advertising from the University of Technology Sydney.
