Carolyn Taylor

Carolyn Taylor is an experienced professional in talent development and management, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at the Australian Institute of Management since April 2022. With a long tenure at Cochlear beginning in November 2007, Carolyn Taylor has held multiple leadership roles, including VP Global Talent Development and Head of Capability Development and Service Delivery. Prior roles include L&D Consultant at BOC from 2005 to 2007 and Senior L&OD Consultant at Fujitsu from 2001 to 2005. Carolyn Taylor holds a Master of Management in Human Resource Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (1998-1999) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney (1991-1994), alongside A-levels from Shatin College, Hong Kong (1984-1990).
