Catherine George is an experienced audiologist with a diverse background in the field of audiology and marketing communications. Currently serving as the Marketing Communications Manager (Professionals) at Cochlear since February 2018, Catherine also engages with the Cochlear UK's Engagement Team as a Professional & Consumer Engagement Specialist, focusing on education and candidacy criteria for Audiology/ENT departments. Prior to Cochlear, Catherine operated Catherine George Consulting Ltd as an Audiological Scientist and Educational Consultant from January 2016 to February 2018, and co-founded Trade as One, where Catherine held the position of Director of Customer Services from June 2006 to December 2015. Earlier career experience includes roles as an Audiological Scientist at the South of England Cochlear Implant Centre and the MRC Institute of Hearing Research. Catherine holds a Master’s degree in Audiology from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Durham University.
