Con Nikolaou

Con Nikolaou is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system engineering and end user computing. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Cochlear since March 2022, Con specializes in modern device management, Intune administration, and Azure Virtual Desktop. Previous roles include Senior Consultant/Engineer at Initio Pty Limited, where responsibilities encompassed SOE design and management, endpoint patching, and client stakeholder management. Con has also held leadership and technical positions at Scentre Group, providing device management support and overseeing a team, and has experience in IT support roles at the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions and other organizations. Con holds a Diploma of IT in PC & Network Support from TAFE NSW.
