Dana Gacnik

Dana Gacnik has extensive experience in revenue cycle management and reimbursement operations, currently serving as Director of Revenue Cycle Management and previously holding multiple roles at Cochlear since July 2015. Prior to Cochlear, Dana held the position of Physician Billing Supervisor at SCL Health System, supervising a team of Accounts Receivable Associates. Earlier experience includes roles at Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center as Hospital Trauma Patient Liaison and Pre-Authorization and Insurance Specialist, as well as providing customer service as a Patient Access Representative. Dana also gained valuable experience as an Exercise Physiologist Intern at Centura Health and as an Exercise Tester for the Adult Fitness Program at Colorado State University. Dana earned a degree in Health and Exercise Science with a focus on Health Promotion from Colorado State University.
