Previously, Darren held significant roles at organizations such as Optum, Ascension, and Aetna, where key responsibilities included developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance member engagement and drive product utilization. With a strong background in product marketing, CRM, and strategic planning, Darren has successfully rebuilt marketing departments and improved brand awareness in various sectors. They are pursuing an MBA from the University of Redlands while holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Azusa Pacific University.
