David Kessler, Au.D., currently serves as the Area Manager for Northern California and Northern Nevada at Cochlear, having held multiple clinical positions within the company since January 2022. Previously, David worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as an Audiologist II, specializing in adult cochlear implant and hearing aid clinical care, and gained extensive experience providing audiological and vestibular care during an externship. David's educational background includes a Doctor of Audiology from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Iowa. Research experience includes work as a Research Assistant at both Vanderbilt and the University of Iowa, with a focus on cochlear implant studies and speech recognition in children. David also gained interprofessional training through the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities program.
