Eva Ng

Eva Ng is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a robust background in the medical device sector, currently serving as Principal Mechanical Engineer for Cochlear since March 2021, where leadership encompasses the mechanical engineering design and development of innovative medical technologies. Previous roles include significant positions at ResMed, where contributions spanned from internal audits and environmental management to the development of portable oxygen concentrators and life-support ventilators, achieving notable project advancements and cost savings. Additional expertise was gained at Breville Group as a Project Team Leader and in various engineering roles at Polartechnics Limited, SSH Medical Limited, and Cochlear Limited. Eva holds dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Sydney, complemented by further qualifications in Polymer Technology and various training programs, underpinning a strong foundation in both engineering principles and practical applications in product development and manufacturing processes.
