Frances Goodman

Frances Goodman is a Senior Process Engineer at Cochlear, where they leverage their passion for solving manufacturing and design challenges to foster cross-departmental collaboration. They previously worked as a Casual at OrotonGroup, a Casual IT Support Assistant at The Women’s College, and served as a Member Engagement Assistant at Engineers Australia. Frances holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering and Medical Science from the University of Sydney, where they focused on relevant skills that include silicone liquid injection moulding and mold simulation. Their experience also includes an R&D Engineering internship at Corin Group, where they contributed to efficiency improvements in the design process.
